Magical Strings of Youth performed in Prague, Czech Republic in June 2008, the trip was sponsored by Mrs. Galvin. The students of Betty Haag Academy of Music traveled throughout Prague and performed at several concert venues, which included Smetana Hall with North Czech Philharmonic Orchestra, Dvorak Hall with the Czech National Symphony Orchestra, Performance at the St. Nicholas Church on Old Town Square, Special performance at Lobkowicz Palace Concert Hall.
